Gatsby Wedding at The Bourne Mansion, NY

Jennifer and Stephen’s Great Gatsby inspired wedding in New York was just…well, take a look (spoiler: it was spectacular). I’ve known Jennifer for many years so it was extra special to be able to go back to New York to photograph her wedding to the ever so handsome and equally all around great guy, Stephen. Jen is so sweet but she also could kick your ass with that body she’s built over many hard hours in the gym – and in that to-die-for dress!!! It’s fitting that Stephen is a personal trainer, and that they both have a love of fitness.  And of The Great Gatsby. They found the perfect venue for their elegant 1920s styled affair at the Bourne Mansion. With its sprawling gardens and stunning waterviews the Long Island manse could easily have been Jay Gatsby’s. Jen and Stephen filled the space with irreverent quotes from Fitzgerald’s classic novel, along with old photographs of family weddings from days past. And the ball room was just incredible. After a delicious feast, it was a glorious night of dancing to cap off a day of love and celebration for Jen and Stephen. I could not be happier for these two….looks like they couldn’t be happier either.
